I am an experienced lawyer with over 30 years of legal experience, ranging from being partner with top tier law firms, to holding in-house positions as VP & General Counsel and VP & Chief of Ethics & Compliance of global world leading companies and serving as director of boards of both public and private companies. Experienced in providing strategic legal advice in different business contexts, building legal teams and setting up legal and compliance structures and processes. I have a baccalaureate in Science and an LL.M from Stockholm University (LL.M.) and I did my court practice at the Stockholm City Court. I joined FAIRPLACE* Advisory board to support management in these matters on the scale-up journey.
