Currently we are producing the Fair Employer standards to which companies can become signatory's.
The Fair Employer standards are set to create new norms of corporate leadership and guide organizations towards becoming sustainable in relation to employees from recruitment to exit.
By becoming a signatory and adhering to these standards, employers have an active work with regards to goal 3, goal 8 and goal 13 of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
By becoming a signatory and adhering to these standards employers publicly claim an identity as an organization interested in both shareholder and stakeholder success, leaving the sole focus on short-term profits and calling for a reprioritization of people- and planet-focused performance.
By becoming signatory’s employers become part of the Fair Employer open source community where these standards will be discussed and updated yearly, filtered through the six principles on which they are built.
By becoming signatory’s employers get access to state-of-the-art systems, methods and templates provided by the Fair Employer partners.
