I am an Occupational Psychologist and independent researcher, who for the past fifteen years has specialized in factors that drive professional and personal flourishing in professional services – with a particular focus on lawyers. I train, and conduct disruptive research, in best practices in HR and talent management related issues.
I firmly believe that most challenges in the world, including those in the corporate sphere, stem from a disregard of the principle of interdependence. In everyday work, this may apply to how we treat one another, and in the bigger scheme whom we do business with.
